MCW Corporate Compliance Program - CMS Training

This activity will educate MCW employees on MCW's compliance program and policies and help provide guidance for them to report any suspicions that a law, regulation or policy is being violated.

CMS wants to ensure anyone who provides health or administrative services to Medicare are aware of the institution's compliance program and how to report violations of the compliance program.

Recently, there have been some rule changes that require MCW to comply with internal compliance training requirements as part of our Medicare Part C, Managed Care HMO Contracts.  Related to these contracts, CMS considers MCW to be a First-Tier, Downstream, or Related Entity and as such, CMS requires that MCW provide General Compliance Training.
